COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR
The Parish of Barnsbury is seeking a passionate and committed Community Engagement Coordinator to join our Community Ministry Team. This exciting new part-time role is designed to deepen our engagement with the local community, building partnerships between the two churches in our parish: St Andrew’s Church and Church on the Corner and our neighbourhood.
This role will primarily involve building relationships with local organisations, encouraging involvement of parishioners, promoting our services, groups and events, and ensuring they are well-run and welcoming.
Role Overview
- Salary: London Living Wage (currently £14.80 per hour)
- Hours: 11.5 hours per week across 2 or more days
- Location: Based at Church on the Corner, N1 0ES
- Contract: 1-year fixed term (with potential extension)
- Holidays: 25 days full-time equivalent plus bank holidays pro-rata
- Reporting to: Associate Minister of the Parish of Barnsbury
